Ousmane Dembele 'will play for Barcelona'

Borussia Dortmund attacker Ousmane Dembele reportedly tells Barcelona that he will one day represent the club.

Ousmane Dembele has reportedly informed Barcelona that he will one day turn out in the shirt of the Spanish giants, despite rejecting a move to Camp Nou in the summer transfer window.

The 19-year-old is believed to have had the pick of a number of top-level European clubs in the summer, but decided to reject the likes of Barcelona to make the move from Rennes to Borussia Dortmund.

The attacker has scored once in 10 appearances for the German outfit this season, while he made his debut for the French national team last month.

According to Mundo Deportivo, in turning down Barcelona in the summer, Dembele insisted that he would represent the Catalan giants after learning his trade in the European game.

Dembele came through the youth ranks at French side Rennes.
