Team News: Mario Mandzukic on bench for Bayern Munich

Mario Mandzukic is named on the bench for Bayern Munich, with Thomas Muller starting up front.

Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola has dropped striker Mario Mandzukic to the bench for Saturday's home clash with Hertha Berlin.

The switch means that Thomas Muller will start up front with Toni Kroos, who is in for Mandzukic, taking his place alongside Bastian Schweinsteiger in midfield.

For the visitors, Adrian Ramos continues up top but Per Skjelbred comes into the XI and starts on the left wing.

Bayern: Neuer; Rafinha, Boateng, Van Buyten, Alaba; Lahm; Robben, Schweinsteiger, Kroos, Ribery; Muller

Hertha: Kraft; Pekarik, Schulz, Langkamp, Van der Bergh; Lustenberger, Hosogai; Cigerci, Ben-Hatira, Skjelbred; Ramos
