Real Betis right-back Juanfran has praised the club's fans for their continued support during a difficult campaign for the Spanish outfit.
Betis picked up their third league win of the season last time out against Espanyol, but they still remain bottom of La Liga on 14 points.
Despite their troubles, the supporters have turned out in their numbers this season and Juanfran has praised the fans for their contribution.
"This season could end horrifically, but if we win some games in La Liga and meet Sevilla in Europa League, we could move up. We could solve this problem in two months," he told reporters.
"We are the last team in La Liga, but 30,000 fans came out to see us when we hadn't won in four months and when they rushed the pitch, sang the hymn, that was magical.
"When you lose, it's a penance because you don't sleep and it drives you crazy. We've gone through some very bad times."
Betis are still eight points from safety.
