Blackburn Rovers defender Adam Henley has signed a new contract with the club that will keep him at Ewood Park until 2017.
The 18-year-old, who has featured in all eight of Blackburn's games since manager Henning Berg took over at the end of October, was delighted to commit himself to the Championship club.
Henley told the club's official website: "It's something I've been working towards for a long time now and it feels great to get it done.
"I've been here since I was nine or 10 and I've enjoyed every minute of it."
Henley couldn't prevent Blackburn from falling to a 4-1 defeat to Cardiff City on Friday night.
