Blackpool assistant manager Alex Rae has admitted that he is pleased with his side's 1-1 draw against Leeds United.
The Seasiders came from behind to claim a point thanks to a second-half goal from Thomas Ince, and Rae was glad they managed to stop a run of four successive defeats.
"We told them to be patient and tried to switch the play plenty, which is where we got plenty of joy," Sky Sports quotes him as saying. "Ince has come up with a great goal. He took plenty of stick from the Leeds fans and he showed good temperament to ignore it and make a decisive contribution.
"There's not been a drop of confidence with recent results and I think that was evident. We've got a good home record and we always feel strong and confident at home.
"It was important that we stopped the run we were on and I was pleased with our response to going a goal down."
Blackpool are currently 10th in the Championship table.
