Bolton Wanderers defender Gretar Steinsson has urged the club to take a positive approach into the final six games of the season.
The Trotters, who are two points deep in the relegation places, will not feature in Premier League action this weekend. However, with a game in hand, the Iceland international has reminded his teammates that the club can still control their own fate.
"We need to be positive because it's still in our own hands," he told The Bolton News. "But we do have to step up a notch.
"It might be that we all need to chip in. David Wheater scored twice a few weeks ago, Marcos Alonso and Martin Petrov scored at Wolves.
"It's a team effort. We can all score goals, so we all have to take our chances."
Bolton return to action next weekend after suffering back-to-back defeats over Easter.
