Brazil, many people's favourites for the competition, begin their Olympic Group C campaign against underdogs Egypt on Thursday.
The two sides have faced each other seven times in their history, with the African outfit failing to pick up a single win.
The last match between the pair took place at the Confederations Cup in 2009, where Brazil picked up a 4-3 victory.
Brazil enter the competition off the back of a morale-boosting 2-0 win over Team GB on Friday, while Egypt drew 1-1 with Central African Republic in their last competitive match.
Brazil have been hit with the news that their goalkeeper Rafael will miss the competition. However, aside from the stopper, they are expected to be unchanged from Friday's victory.
Meanwhile, Egypt have a virtually fully-fit squad to choose from.
Possible lineups:
Brazil: Neto; Rafael, Silva, Juan, Marcelo; Sandro, Romulo, Oscar; Hulk, Damiao, Neymar
Egypt: El-Shenawy; Fathi, Hegazy, Gaber, Milo; Hassan, El-Din Ahmed, Aboutrika; Mohsen, Motaeb, Salah
