Neymar scored a hat-trick as Brazil thrashed China by eight goals in a friendly at Estadio Jose do Rego Maciel.

The 20-year-old Santos forward, who was jeered following his side's unconvincing 1-0 win over South Africa on Friday, scored in the 26th, 54th and 60 minutes.

Chelsea midfielder Ramires opened the scoring on 22 minutes.

Lucas Moura and Hulk were both on the scoresheet during the opening stages of the second half.

Chinese defender Liu Jianye scored an unfortunate own goal after 71 minutes and Oscar completed the scoring 15 minutes from time.
