Defender Ian Sharps has admitted that he is looking forward to regular match action after leaving Burton Albion to join AFC Telford United on loan for the rest of the season.
Sharps has featured just twice for the League Two outfit since the arrival of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, and despite dropping down a league, the former Shrewsbury Town captain has revealed that he is excited after being handed a new challenge.
The 34-year-old told BBC Radio Shropshire: "It puts the fire back in your belly. I'm just looking forward to getting my boots back on and going in where it hurts again. I can add a bit of nous."
AFC Telford currently sit eight points from safety in the Conference Premier table.
