Celtic's Kris Commons has admitted that he would relish the opportunity to play Glasgow rivals Rangers in the Scottish Communities League Cup.
The Hoops booked a place in the semi-finals of the competition with a 5-0 victory over St Johnstone, while Rangers can reach the last four with a win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
"There's nothing like playing in a Glasgow derby, they bring that added spice. We're obviously dealing without them, but as far as derbies and big games go, they don't get much bigger," Commons told BBC Sport.
"They are great for Glasgow, great for Scotland. I love playing in them, for me it would be magic."
St Mirren have also booked a place in semi-final of the competition after defeating Aberdeen on penalties. Dundee United will play Hearts for the final spot in the last four.
