Chelsea's Didier Drogba and Barcelona's Lionel Messi end speculation over their fitness by taking part in training with their respective clubs.

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has taken a full part in the club's training session at the Nou Camp this evening.

Doubts had been raised as to whether the Ivory Coast international would recover from a knee injury in time to take his place in the Chelsea starting lineup that will face Barcelona tomorrow night.

However, those fears have now been eased as the 34-year-old was seen being put through his paces by the coaching staff.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi has curbed any speculation that he might be struggling for the clash by featuring in Barca's earlier session.

Reports in Spain had claimed that the Argentine had suffered an unspecified injury at the weekend.

Messi's presence in training appears to have ended any doubts over his participation.
