Fernando Torres has been named in the squad for Spain's Euro 2012 qualifiers next week.
The Chelsea striker, 27, was not picked by coach Vicente del Bosque for the country's last qualifier but is in the lineup for the games against the Czech Republic on Friday and Scotland the following Wednesday, October 12.
Torres's future with Spain had been called into question following the recent strong form of Valencia's Roberto Soldado.
Also returning to the squad is Barca defender Carles Puyol, who has been out with knee and hamstring injuries.
