Cesc Fabregas's Chelsea move confirmed after Ivan Rakitic signs for Barcelona?

Chelsea will reportedly announce the arrival of Cesc Fabregas once Ivan Rakitic moves from Sevilla to Barcelona.

Chelsea will reportedly announce the signing of Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona once the Catalan giants secure the signature of Ivan Rakitic.

The former Arsenal captain has been heavily linked with a switch to West London after reports emerged claiming that Barcelona are open to offloading the Spaniard.

It is believed that Chelsea have agreed a deal worth around £27m to bring Fabregas back to the Premier League.

However, according to El Mundo Deportivo, the transfer will not be officially completed until Rakitic makes a move to Camp Nou.

The Sevilla midfielder is said to be closing in on a £16m move to the former La Liga champions.
