Juan Cuadrado is reportedly planning to hold talks with Chelsea regarding his future at the club.
The 27-year-old joined the Blues in February from Fiorentina for a reported fee of £23.3m, but he has since struggled for playing time and has made just four starts.
According to The Standard, Cuadrado's representatives will hold talks with the club this week to determine what plans Jose Mourinho has for the winger next season.
The report also suggests that the Colombian would be open to a move back to Italy, where he had been playing since 2009.
Cuadrado's lack of playing time for Chelsea has not cost him a place in Colombia's squad for this summer's Copa America.
