Juventus are reportedly considering a move for Edouard Mendy, who could be set to leave Chelsea despite having three years remaining on his contract.

Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.

The 30-year-old was Chelsea's first-choice goalkeeper in his first two seasons at the club, but his performances in the opening stages of the current campaign came under scrutiny.

Following the appointment of Graham Potter, Mendy lost his place in the side to Kepa Arrizabalaga, and he only returned to start Chelsea's previous two Premier League games after the Spaniard picked up an injury.

With Chelsea allegedly looking to sign a new first-choice goalkeeper next summer, Mendy's future at Stamford Bridge appears to be in doubt.

According to football.london, Juventus are considering a move for the Senegal international, but they could face competition from Tottenham Hotspur.

The Blues have reportedly offered Mendy to their London rivals as they attempt to find him a new club in the January transfer window.

With Mendy's contract set to run until June 2025, Chelsea are looking to receive €40m (£34m), although they could accept a bid closer to the £22m that they paid Rennes to sign him in 2020.

The goalkeeper is currently preparing for Senegal's World Cup last-16 game against England on Sunday.
