Juventus have reportedly identified Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri as a potential signing.
The Blues paid £17.6m to sign the Italy international from Roma 12 months ago, but the left-back has made just 14 starts and four substitute appearances in all competitions.
The 24-year-old remains as second choice to Marcos Alonso, and according to Calciomercato, Juventus are prepared to offer the player a return to Serie A.
The report claims that manager Massimiliano Allegri is keen to find backup to Alex Sandro, and Palmieri would represent an affordable option at this stage of the season.
Palmieri still has three-and-a-half years remaining on his contract, while Chelsea are unlikely to give the green light to a sale unless they can find a replacement.
