Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku has insisted that he is staying at San Siro this summer.
The Belgium international has been in excellent form for Inter since arriving from Manchester United in 2019, scoring 64 goals in 95 appearances in all competitions.
Chelsea and Manchester City have both been strongly linked with the centre-forward, who netted 24 Serie A goals in 2020-21 to fire his side to the title.
However, the 28-year-old has revealed that he will not be leaving Inter during this summer's transfer window and is looking forward to playing under Simone Inzaghi, who is set to replace Antonio Conte as head coach.
"Yes, I am staying. I've already had contact with the man who will become our new manager. Maybe I shouldn't say that yet," Lukaku told VTM. "It was a very positive conversation. There's also the challenge of [winning the league] again. I feel good at Inter."
Lukaku, who will represent Belgium at this summer's European Championships, still has more than three years left to run on his contract at San Siro.
