Chelsea are reportedly ready to offer a new contract to midfielder Mason Mount over the coming months.
The academy graduate has established himself as a key player at Stamford Bridge, netting 17 goals from 111 appearances in all competitions.
Mount was instrumental in helping the Blues win last season's Champions League, delivering performances against Real Madrid and Manchester City which have seemingly convinced the club's board to act on his future.
According to 90 min, Chelsea are prepared to open discussions with his representatives.
The reported move comes despite the 22-year-old already being tied to Chelsea until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
As well as extending his deal until 2026, Chelsea's hierarchy are allegedly happy to increase Mount's wages to £150,000 per week.
