England manager Roy Hodgson has confirmed that defender Steven Caulker will not be fit for tomorrow's World Cup qualifier against Moldova.
The Cardiff City player has become the second casualty of the day following the news that Daniel Sturridge has returned to Liverpool due to a thigh problem.
Hodgson announced in a press conference this afternoon that Caulker turned his ankle in training and will not be fit in time for tomorrow's match.
Despite the blow, Hodgson believes that Caulker will be fit for Tuesday's encounter against Ukraine.
