Everton have reportedly offered Davy Klaassen to Besiktas in exchange for Domagoj Vida.
The Blues are keen to use the former Ajax captain as a makeweight in a deal that will bring the Croatian defender to Goodison Park, according to Sport Witness.
Previous reports suggest that Everton opened the bidding for Vida at £10m, but the Turkish outfit are holding out for more.
The Toffees are said to be hoping that including Besiktas target Klaassen will help the two clubs broker a deal.
Meanwhile, Stoke City have been linked with a summer bid for Everton's Ashley Williams, the sale of whom could pave the way for Vida to join the Premier League outfit.
