Fiorentina will hold discussions with Stevan Jovetic this month over the forward's future.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Italian club this summer, with Arsenal reportedly keen on securing the Montenegro international's services.
"We spoke with Stevan at length last summer," Tuttosport quotes Viola president Andrea della Valle as saying.
"We'll do that again in 10 days' time, by looking into his eyes and reiterating certain ideas. So far, he's behaved in a very mature way and that has been appreciated. I personally hope he stays.
"Would we never sell him to Juventus? I repeat, we'll speak in 10 days. It makes no sense in doing that now. What I can say is that you can go and fight for a Scudetto elsewhere, but the atmosphere here and these fans are not easily found in other places."
Jovetic has been at Fiorentina since 2008.
