Inter Milan were forced to come from behind to go into the halfway stage of their Serie A match with Chievo all square at 1-1 this evening.
The visitors took the lead after just eight minutes when Alberto Paloschi cut inside from the left side of the box and curled a fine effort past Samir Handanovic and into the top corner.

They were ahead for just four minutes, however, as Yuto Nagatomo met Ricardo Alvarez's low cross with a well-placed finish to level things up in the 12th minute.
Nagatomo thought that he had doubled his personal tally for the night shortly afterwards when he put in a mis-hit shot at the back post, but the linesman's flag controversially cut his celebrations short.
The hosts had another good chance to take the lead for the first time in the match when Rodrigo Palacio rose highest at the back post to get on the end of Jonathan's cross, but he planted his header wide of the post.
Chievo came close to restoring their advantage with just over five minutes to go until half time as Cyril Thereau resisted the attention of a number of defenders to curl an effort just past the post.
