Juventus will switch their attention back to Serie A this weekend as they prepare to travel to Genoa.
Juve are still unbeaten in the league this season and currently sit 18 points clear of second-placed Napoli.
The Italian champions will enter the clash with Genoa off the back of a spectacular 3-0 win over Atletico Madrid in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League tie, which booked their spot in the quarter-finals.
Ajax will be Juve's last-eight opponents, but the first leg of that contest is not until April 10 and Massimiliano Allegri's side have four Serie A matches before then, including a home game against AC Milan.
The Old Lady are the strong favourites to continue their excellent form against a Genoa side that currently sit 13th in Italy's top flight, nine points clear of the bottom three.
Here, Sports Mole has taken a look at how Juve could line up on their return to league action.
Out: Juan Cuadrado (knee surgery), Sami Khedira (heart)
Doubtful: Douglas Costa (hamstring)
Alex Sandro was suspended for Juve's Champions League win over Atletico, but the Brazilian is expected to return to the XI in place of Leonardo Spinazzola, despite the number 37's impressive showing against the Spanish side.
Elsewhere, Paulo Dybala could come into the team ahead of Mario Mandzukic, while Moise Kean is also pushing for a start having scored twice against Udinese in the league last time out.
Rodrigo Bentancur is another who is pushing for a spot in the XI, with Emre Can potentially being rested following his energy-zapping performance in midweek.
There will be no rest for Cristiano Ronaldo, however, as the Portuguese looks to add to the 24 goals that he has managed for the Italian champions during the 2018-19 campaign.
Douglas Costa is nearing a return from a hamstring problem, meanwhile, and could make the bench.
