Leeds United boss Neil Redfearn has demanded that his players show "a strength of character" against Norwich City on Tuesday.
The Whites welcome the high-flying Canaries to Elland Road having suffered a 2-1 defeat to Cardiff City at the weekend.
Redfearn admits that Leeds will need to perform much better against Norwich if they want to avoid a heavy loss to the promotion chasers.
"I said to them afterwards that there's no way we can have that level of performance against Norwich - it would be a cricket score," he told the club's official website.
"It's a game where Norwich have got everything to play for, but I've reminded them that the season's still alive and we've got everything to play for. We want to try and burst their bubble and we want a performance. If we get a performance, then we've got a chance of getting a result."
Leeds are currently in 15th place in the Championship table.
