The agent of Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinic has claimed that Premier League champions Leicester City want to sign his client in this summer's transfer window.
Kalinic, 28, had a spell in England with Blackburn Rovers between 2009 and 2011, but only scored nine Premier League goals for the club before moving on to Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
Now with Fiorentina, the Croatian international scored 12 Serie A goals last season and his agent Tomislav Ergic has revealed that Leicester are interested in a deal this summer.
"It is true, we are aware of the interest from Leicester," Ergic told Jutarnji List. "Anything is possible, but there is no need to rush. The transfer window has only just opened."
Leicester have already signed Ron-Robert Zieler, Luis Hernandez and Nampalys Mendy this summer.
