Divock Origi: 'We should stick together to resolve the problem'

Liverpool frontman Divock Origi calls on his teammates to stick together and find a solution to the club's poor start to the new Premier League season.

Liverpool forward Divock Origi has called on his teammates to stick together and work out what has been going wrong following the club's two successive Premier League defeats.

The Anfield outfit came unstuck for a second time in a row this season at the weekend, after falling to Louis van Gaal's Manchester United in a 3-1 defeat at Old Trafford.

Origi featured in the loss and has since insisted that the team should be unified in trying to solve the problem alongside coach Brendan Rodgers.

"We came here to get a good result and it's always disappointing to lose, especially against Manchester United," the 20-year-old told the club's official website.

"We have to learn from games like this and prepare for the next game.

"As a team we have to solve the problems, defensively and offensively. But I think the quality is there, so we just have to stick together and speak with the coach.

Liverpool currently occupy ninth position in the table after five games.
