Liverpool striker Fabio Borini has moved closer to completing a switch to Serie A side Lazio this summer, according to reports.
Borini has failed to establish himself in the first team at Anfield since his arrival in 2012 and was heavily linked with a move away from the club last summer following a successful stint on loan at Sunderland.
The Reds are reportedly planning an overhaul of their strikeforce this summer, with Borini, Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert all thought to be free to leave the club.
Borini's availability has alerted Lazio, who hope to get a deal over the line for the 24-year-old Italian in the coming weeks, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Rome outfit qualified for the Champions League next season courtesy of a 4-2 final-day victory over Napoli last weekend, and are looking to bolster their squad ahead of their return to Europe's elite competition.
Borini made just five starts in all competitions for Liverpool in 2014-15.
