Speculation about the future of the Egyptian international has taken place all season due to the fact he is out of contract with the Reds next summer, with contract talks currently not leading to a new deal.
There is widespread interest in the current Premier League top goalscorer from all around Europe, but right now his focus is primarily on Jurgen Klopp's team.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Salah has no intentions of moving to Spain, and he is hoping to not leave Anfield in the upcoming transfer market; however, he would be available for free at this point next season, if an extension is not agreed.
The 29-year-old would like to stay at Liverpool and sign a deal; however, the talks between player and club are currently broken down, with the decision being down to the Reds.
It has been reported that Salah would like to see a wage increase to reflect his performances, with the winger having scored 20 goals in the Premier League this season, and a further eight in the Champions League.
