Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Luis Campos has denied reports claiming that Kylian Mbappe has requested to leave the club in January.
The 23-year-old seemingly ended speculation over a potential move to either Real Madrid or Liverpool by penning a new three-year contract with the Ligue 1 champions in May until the summer of 2025.
Mbappe has since made a prolific start to the new campaign, scoring 12 goals in 13 games across all competitions, but the France international is believed to be unhappy at the Parc des Princes.
A recent report claims that the Mbappe's relationship with PSG is 'completely broken' and the forward will push for an exit in the January transfer window.
The Frenchman allegedly feels 'betrayed' by PSG and has been left furious as promises made by the club's board have not been fulfilled since he signed his new contract.

However, PSG chief Campos is surprised to hear such rumours and insists that Mbappe has not spoken to anyone about leaving the club.
Speaking to RMC Sport before PSG's Champions League clash with Benfica on Tuesday, Campos said: "It's a categorical denial on our part. Whether he's happy or not, that's a question you have to ask him. It's a very personal question.
"I see Kylian working. Kylian is an extraordinary professional. For example, he played sick in the last match in Reims, he made the effort for the team. I see Kylian arriving with his teammates, happy every day and with a huge desire to work.
"I'm very surprised because I'm with Kylian Mbappe every day and he never asked me, and I just asked the president, he never asked to leave in January. I don't think that he thinks about it because if he thinks about it, he's going to tell me. He never told me, I know he never told the president, that he wants to leave in January."
Campos added: "It is information, it's not a statement, you have to be very clear, which comes out a few hours before a very, very important match for us. It's important to come in front of the press and that's why I'm here.

"We have rumours every day, it's normal when you have three of the five most important players in the world. It's normal to have rumours."
When asked about whether Mbappe will stay beyond the winter window, Campos said: "In my opinion yes [he's staying in January]. He never said anything to me. For me it's clear that Kylian Mbappe is staying to follow his contract with PSG."
Campos's future has also been called into question, with reports claiming that he is keen to follow Mbappe out of the exit door, but the 58-year-old insists that he is happy in the French capital.
"It's not true that I'm leaving Paris. I'm very happy to be here, I'm under contract for the next three years," Campos told Canal Plus. "My mission is to bring important trophies here at PSG".
Mbappe scored a record-breaking goal from the penalty spot as PSG played out a 1-1 draw at home against Benfica, a result which sees them remain level at the summit of Group H along with their Portuguese counterparts with two games remaining.
