Liverpool and Raheem Sterling have reportedly come to an agreement regarding a new contract following speculation over the teenager's future.
The 19-year-old's contract situation has come under scrutiny in recent weeks following reports that the England international is in no hurry to sign fresh terms.
Due to this, widespread reports have claimed that Real Madrid are keeping track of the starlet, who impressed for the Reds last season as they finished second in the Premier League.
According to Goal.com, Barcelona are also believed to be interested in Sterling, but Liverpool are confident that a new contract will be finalised as both parties have come to an agreement regarding the deal, which is said to include weekly wages of around £100,000.
Sterling, who has sparked a fresh club vs. country row after admitting that he was too tired to start England's 1-0 win over Estonia yesterday, has three years remaining on his current contract.
