Gylfi Sigurdsson has reportedly held transfer talks with Premier League duo Liverpool and Reading.
The attacking midfielder has been given until the end of June by his current club Hoffenheim to seal a move to an English club.
Liverpool's interest has been well documented in recent weeks, while his former side Reading are believed to be late contenders for his signature.
Following the conclusion of those discussions, the 22-year-old is said to have returned to his native Iceland to decide upon his destination.
He is expected to make a decision by the middle of this week.
