Manchester City have reportedly made further progress with their bid to sign Penarol youngster Facundo Pellistri.
Despite only turning 18 years of age in December, Pellistri has already made 25 appearances in all competition, contributing one goal and three assists.
The emergence of the winger has led to interest from Europe, with City regarded as the favourites to secure a deal for the teenager.
According to AS, the Uruguayan prospect will soon pen a five-year contract with the Premier League giants.
The report suggests that City will pay just under £10m, although the full payment is subject to a number of clauses being activated in the future.
Pellistri will allegedly be loaned out to a Spanish outfit during the next transfer window.
