Manchester United skipper Nemanja Vidic will reportedly return to first-team action at the beginning of August.
The 30-year-old has not played for United since suffering knee ligament damage in December, while he has spent the last six months recovering in the treatment room.
The Serbian will not travel on the club's pre-season tour of South Africa and China, but will return when the club travel to Norway in early August, according to The Mirror.
United face Norwegian outfit Valerenga on August 5.
