Birmingham City youngster Jude Bellingham allegedly favours a move to Borussia Dortmund over signing for Manchester United.
Despite only turning 16 years of age in June, Bellingham has established himself as a regular in the Birmingham side this season, making 24 starts and seven substitute outings in the Championship.
The midfielder's emergence has naturally resulted in interest from elsewhere, including from United and Dortmund as they consider their options ahead of the summer transfer window.
However, according to transfer expert Duncan Castles, it appears that the English talent is likely to make the switch to the Bundesliga.
Castles told The Transfer Window Podcast: "The state of play, I am told is Bellingham likes what's on offer from Dortmund.
"He sees what they've achieved in bringing young players into the squad. When you''re talking about an English context, obviously you have Jadon Sancho as a primary example. Their willingness to promote players into the first team rapidly and the impact it has had on their careers going forward."
Bellingham has just under 15 months remaining on his contract at St Andrew's.
