Liverpool and Manchester United target Nicolo Barella has reportedly agreed a new contract with Inter Milan.
The two Premier League clubs have long been linked with the midfielder, who missed just two league games last season as Inter won the Serie A title for the first time in 11 years.
In the last few days, reports suggested that Tottenham Hotspur had joined the race for Barella following their appointment of Antonio Conte.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, the Italian international is set to stay at San Siro by signing a new five-year deal.
The journalist adds that the contract, which will be announced in the next few hours, will earn Barella around €5m (£4.3m) per season.
The 24-year-old spent the 2019-20 season on loan at Inter from Cagliari, before making the move permanent at the end of that campaign.
