Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain reportedly emerge as the only realistic contenders to sign Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
Despite the Portuguese superstar still having one year left on his contract in Turin, it has been suggested that all parties would be open to a transfer.
Sporting Lisbon, Ronaldo's boyhood club, have been put forward as a potential destination for the 36-year-old after they qualified for the Champions League.
However, according to Calciomercato, Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes would push for a move to either United or PSG should negotiations take place over the coming weeks.
The report perceives that the veteran posted a farewell message on social media when claiming that he had achieved his goals during his three years with the club.
While United are said to have opened the door to a deal, PSG will allegedly wait until making a decision over Kylian Mbappe's future.
