Manchester United, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly not given up hope of signing Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma.
While the Mali international has frequently attracted attention from fellow Premier League clubs, Brighton have always been reluctant to sell arguably their most prized asset.
Although that remains the case, the 25-year-old now has just 17 months remaining on his contract, leaving Brighton in a position where they will soon have to make a decision on his future.
According to RTL France, United, Villa and Spurs are all ready to act if they are able to hold positive discussions with the Seagulls hierarchy.
The report claims that there have been 'intense talks" regarding Bissouma, who Brighton allegedly value in the region of £37m.
As it stands, Spurs are seemingly favouring a deal for Juventus' Rodrigo Bentancur, but United and Villa are known to be in the market for a new central midfielder.
