Inter Milan are reportedly keen to sell sought-after midfielder Fredy Guarin when the transfer window reopens, in order to reduce their hefty wage bill.
The 28-year-old was linked with a number of clubs during the summer, most prominently Manchester United who are said to have held talks with the Italian giants over a potential move for the player.
Despite the transfer seemingly breaking down, the Daily Star claims that United could once more turn to Guarin when the window reopens in the New Year.
It is suggested that Inter would demand a fee of around £18m for the Colombian, who joined the club in 2012.
Guarin has made seven appearances for the Nerazzurri so far this season, scoring on two occasions.
