Nottingham Forest complete Danny Fox signing

Nottingham Forest complete the permanent signing of Danny Fox from Southampton on a three-year contract after the left-back's successful loan spell at the City Ground.

Danny Fox has completed his permanent transfer to Nottingham Forest on a three-year deal.

The left-back initially joined from Southampton on loan in January, and made 15 appearances for the Reds as they fell short of the Championship playoffs.

At the time of his loan switch, Fox agreed a contract to sign for the City Ground outfit permanently at the end of the season, and that has now been activated.

Former England international Stuart Pearce will take official charge of former club Forest, for whom he made over 400 appearances, on June 1, and has already begun shaping his squad for the 2014-2015.

Marcus Tudgay and Guy Moussi have been released, while Fox, 29, has now been tied down.
