Paris Saint-Germain to replace Unai Emery with Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim?

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly considering replacing Unai Emery with Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim.

Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim has reportedly emerged as a potential managerial target for Paris Saint-Germain.

Current coach Unai Emery has failed to completely convince the powers that be at the Parc des Princes that he is the man to lead the club forward since moving to France in the summer of 2016.

According to TOP Mercato, sporting director Antero Henrique has been impressed with Jardim at Stade Louis II, with the Monte Carlo-based outfit winning the league title last season.

Monaco currently sit three points behind PSG in the standings, but that comes with Monaco having parted ways with many of their star men during the summer.

Emery recently guided PSG to a 3-0 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League, and it has been suggested that only a triumph in European football's premier competition may be enough to keep Emery in a job.

The 45-year-old Spaniard has won 51 of his 67 games in charge of PSG.
