Former Queens Park Rangers striker Rodney Marsh has described Charlie Austin as a "terrific signing" for the Championship club.
The 24-year-old forward, who scored 25 goals last season, arrived at Loftus Road from Burnley at the start of the month.
"I think Charlie is a terrific signing," Marsh told the club's official website.
"When QPR signed Charlie Austin a couple of weeks ago I tweeted that I thought not only was it a fantastic signing, but I think he will score six or more winning goals this season – and that's the equivalent to a lot of points."
Austin scored his first goal for QPR during their recent win at Exeter City in the first round of the Capital One Cup.
