Neymar hoping for El Clasico win

Barcelona attacker Neymar refuses to play down the importance of Saturday's league clash with Real Madrid.

Barcelona attacker Neymar has said that he 'cannot wait' to face Real Madrid at the weekend.

The Camp Nou will be the setting for the first El Clasico of the season on Saturday when Madrid make the trip to Barcelona in La Liga.

"El Clasico is the most important game for any player," he told the club's official website. "It's the match every player wants to play in, and is the game where each player wants to play his best football.

"This will be my first Clasico and I hope to have a great debut, preferably with a victory.

"I remember the Clasico, I believe it was in 2005, when Ronaldinho scored two goals. That's the Barca-Madrid match I remember most."

Neymar joined Barcelona from Santos in the summer.
