Agent Morten Wivestad has dismissed suggestions that Real Madrid have identified Alexander Sorloth as one of their top transfer targets.
Despite failing to impress at Crystal Palace, the Norway international has starred during a loan spell at Trabzonspor, contributing 19 goals and eight assists from 30 outings in Turkey's top flight and the Europa League.
While the 24-year-old's form has naturally led to interest from elsewhere, Wivestad has played down the possibility of a move to the Bernabeu.
Speaking to Mundo Deportivo, Wivestad said: "There is a strong interest in Alex. However, for the time being, there isn't anything serious on the table from Real Madrid or Sevilla."
Although Sorloth remains contracted to Palace, it appears inevitable that Trabzonspor will take up an option to sign the frontman for £6m at the end of the season.
