Rotherham United, Fulham six-goal thriller ends all square

The game went through the motions in the early stages, both sides tentatively probing forward but unable to truly threaten.

The deadlock was broken by the hosts just before the half-hour mark, when Paul Taylor's effort deflected off Alex Revell before flying into the net.

Just five minutes later, however, the visitors were given a penalty when Lee Frecklington brought down George Williams in the box.

Ross McCormack opted to take the spot kick and duly sent Adam Collin the wrong way to gift his side an equaliser.

In the 55th minute, the Millers were back in the lead, Ben Pringle's cross from the left flank being met by Jonson Clarke-Harris, who scored with an acrobatic effort.

As with the first half, the home side's lead did not last long, as Cauley Woodrow cut inside towards goal just three minutes later and lashed a curling effort into the top corner.

With just four minutes left in the game, disaster appeared to have struck for the visitors when Nikolay Bodurov bundled Pringle's shot into his own net to seemingly gift Rotherham the win.

However, the Cottagers were able to dramatically salvage a point after Dan Burn headed home a corner in the 90th minute to send the away support into a frenzy.
