Schalke 04 sporting director Horst Heldt has stated that Arsenal's offer for Julian Draxler in last month's transfer window "wasn't enough" for the Bundesliga club to sell their prized asset.
The 44-year-old insists that the Gelsenkirchen-based club are in no rush to sell the midfielder, although they are believed to have set a price of approximately £36.4m on him.
"It was a lot of money, but it wasn't enough for us," Heldt told SPORT1 on the subject of Arsenal's offer.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been criticised for his failure to sign Draxler in January.
