Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam has given his backing to under-fire Scotland coach Craig Levein.
Levein will learn later this week whether he is still in a job following the Tartan Army's poor start to World Cup qualifying.
Scotland are currently bottom of Group A with just two points from their opening four matches.
"At the end of the day we've got the perfect manager in charge," Adam told Sky Sports News. "The players can't all wait to meet up again and they're delighted with what he does.
"Over the next coming months we're looking forward to picking ourselves up and putting the disappointment of the results against Wales and Belgium behind us."
The Scots are next in action on November 14 when they travel to Luxembourg for a friendly.
