Spanish outfit Sevilla have reportedly targeted Inter Milan forward Alexis Sanchez, with the Italian giants looking to reduce their wage bill.
The 32-year-old scored seven goals and provided as many assists in his 30 appearances for Antonio Conte's side this season, and helped Inter win their first Serie A title since 2010.
With Sevilla finishing fourth in La Liga, they have the attraction of Champions League football to lure in Sanchez, who has featured in the tournament every season since his Champions League debut in the 2011-12 campaign.
According to Spanish outlet SPORT, Sevilla may be priced out of a deal with the Chilean international as his contract at Inter is currently worth a reported £7m.
However, that expense may work in Sevilla's favour as it will be a weight that Inter Milan will be looking to offload, and Sanchez could have to accept a pay cut at whatever club he ends up playing for next season.
Sanchez arrived in Milan from Manchester United in 2019 and has scored 11 goals, registering 18 assists in 70 appearances for the club.
