Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Brad Friedel has claimed that Andre Villas-Boas has already stamped his authority at the North London club.
The 34-year-old ex-Chelsea manager was appointed as Harry Redknapp's successor earlier this month.
"You can only take people on what you see, and from what I have seen he is a very ambitious manager, he is very organised and training has been very sharp," Friedel told talkSPORT.
Villas-Boas faced criticism during his time at Stamford Bridge, where he lasted just nine months.
