Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Scott Parker is disappointed that referee Martin Atkinson has not been punished by the Football Association for his blunder at Wembley.
The 41-year-old FIFA-listed official was responsible for the awarding of Juan Mata's 'ghost' goal during Chelsea's 5-1 win over Spurs on Sunday evening.
However, he has escaped an FA suspension and has been selected as the fourth official for next weekend's fixture between Newcastle United and Stoke City.
Parker said: "Anyone else, in any line of work, making a wrong decision like that will be held responsible.
"It was clearly obvious for everyone to see the ball had not crossed the line."
Atkinson is on UEFA duty tonight as the fifth official for the Champions League semi-final between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
