The 24-year-old Brazilian international has recently been linked with the Premier League club as manager Andre Villas-Boas looks to rebuild his squad this summer.
"It's true my agent is in England at the moment, but I don't know anything else," The Mirror quotes him as saying.
Paulinho is currently involved with hosts Brazil at the Confederations Cup.
